Hand in Hand
Examining the hand through the hand, because it goes hand in hand. The examination embodies multiple layers: hand's physicality and anatomy, how this is transferred to a different media, and how the whole process is executed through its very own ability.
Starting of with the "real" hand in 4d, it first gets transferred in to time bound 2d by drawing, then gaining another level of dimension by taking form in clay, and lastly gets carved in to wood. In each phase not only its mode of translation changes but different materials and processes dictate the act of doing in which the hand's behavior changes. Thus kind of portraying transfiguration between the states of the hand through the hand. This continual shift in perspective during the process aides to analize and conenct with the hand in multple layers.
